Neon water at Tatsumiya shrine

How can water reflect light so well ? err...it's SACRED water, yup, sacred. Yes I am aware that the Tatsumiya shrine is supposed to be japanese-style, but eh, let me try to justify my absolutely non-planned drawing, ok ?

So this is again Mana Tatsumiya from the Negima manga. Well, at first it was just a generic well-endowed girl, but it turned into her. Go figure.
